Innovation In Design for Architecture Award

Windover Commons

The subdivision consists of eight homes clustered around what is to become a "village green" with the surrounding grounds containing meadows, a pond, and outdoor areas private to each home. Referencing New England's past, these homes were built to resemble Saltboxes and Colonial style homes with shingled or rough hewn wood siding, much like the home (circa 1796) across the street from the development.
